Spiritual healing in Aberdeen is offered for ALL illness, stress or injury. The severity of the condition is no limitation on what is offered
HEALING... is not new. It has been known about since
the start of recorded history, in communities all around the world.
No faith required - not in any particular religious-label sense.
And, with no need for formal religious belief, it has been known to work with
self-confessed atheists!
Spiritual healing, as defined, has been recognised by the General Medical Council and UK government as being a complementary therapy available to the NHS since 1977.
It is increasingly available throughout the UK - but not yet, generally, in Scotland.
Spiritual healing - a “flow of 'healing energy' via the healer's hands” - is available for all, and the severity of the condition is no restriction on what is offered.
There is very little physical contact, no massage, no manipulation, no needles or drugs, it
does not hurt and there are no unpleasant side-effects.
Spirituality - the ‘forgotten’ dimension... Recently (12th January 2004), researcher Dr. David Hay speaking to 150
delegates from around the world at the opening conference of the Centre for the Study of
Spirituality, Health and Disability, University of Aberdeen, reported peoples’ awareness of
spiritual experience increasing by more than 110% over the last 25 years in 12 countries world-wide. Not just in the U.K. - but reflected in Australia, nine countries in Europe and the U.S.A.
For people of all faiths and none(!), spiritual healing has been recognised by U.K.
government and the General Medical Council as a complementary therapy available to the NHS
since 1977. It is increasingly available on the NHS - but not yet, generally, in Scotland.
In response to increasing calls for evidence-based medicine, spiritual healer Stan Gerard and
others work towards this end. With a scientifically validated reduction
in pain and increase of neck movement published in papers, Stan Gerard offers healing,
hypnotherapy, regression therapy or counselling for
ALL illness, stress or injury.
Published papers are detailed at: Publications, including:

The severity of the condition is no limitation on what is offered.
FEE per half-hour appointment: £25.00
How many appointments? It would be unusual, in my experience, for there to be a need for more than six for current conditions. As my average over the past few years has been between 3 and 4 visits per patient you could consider that as the best "starting indication" that I could suggest before we meet. We can review things as you feel is right for you. Appointments are at your invitation.
The information provided on www.hypnotherapy-aberdeen.com (and
subsequent/ linked pages) is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between a patient and their physician. It
is therefore wise to tell your doctor of any complementary treatment you are contemplating. In fact, in some cases Stan Gerard
may be reluctant to start treatment until you have done so.
